Sunday rainy day,
Welcomes a giant hope
Hidden in a minuscule bud
Of the darling frangipani,
Spring forth to life,
Ready to face the world.
The most gemütlich running tracks
Are among the dancing green giants galore.
It’s where we can boogie down the tracks
While the sun is out shining like the mirror ball on the dance floor.
Green door, green door,
What do you keep?
Such a regal, you enthrone before
The crowd of green heap.
Back to school, back to work.
It was so hot
I miss my flip-flops,
Tees and shorts;
Doing nothing nearly barefoot
With the green grass to look at
And the blue sky to smile at.
I went to a supermarket.
It’s super, as they sell oxygen
In peculiar shapes
And exotic colour palette.
Such a feast to the eyes
In a tropical sense.
The rain in January
Washes away the year behind,
Clears up the sight of what comes ahead,
Waters the seed of the new year, and
Enhances the true colors of each day.
